DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

We generally deliver to all EU countries, with the exception of Denmark, Finland, Sweden and Cyprus. We also deliver to Switzerland. Additional customs fees may apply when shipping to Switzerland. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this.

Shipping to an address in Germany: 2-3 working days*

Shipping to an address outside the EU: 3-5 working days*

Shipping to an address in non-EU countries: 5-7 working days*

*Delivery times may vary on certain holidays.

No, we do not currently offer express shipping.

Within Germany: free shipping for orders over €19.90. For orders under €19.90, shipping costs per order are €3.95.
Within Europe (EU): free shipping for orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs per order are €6.95. For Switzerland, shipping costs are €9.95 for orders under €150. For orders over €150, shipping costs for Switzerland are free.

We ship throughout Europe with our shipping partner DHL.

You can also address your shipment to a DHL Packstation. Please enter the address line of the Packstation in the "Address" field and your personal DHL postal number in the "Address supplement" field.

We only offer delivery to a DHL Packstation.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as your shipment is handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a second email. This contains a link with a tracking ID. There you can track the shipping and delivery of your package.

If your order includes a pre-ordered product, you will receive the products that are available for immediate delivery within the specified delivery time (1-3 working days). The pre-ordered product will then be sent to you later as a second package, depending on the stock situation.

You are welcome to place your order with us by paying on account. You then have 14 days to pay your invoice. This is not handled directly by us but by the payment provider Klarna. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately by email
(hello@nice-stories.com)

Please send us a photo of the defective product and a brief description of the complaint in the email. We will then send you a return label for an exchange.

In the case of a return initiated by the customer, the customer bears the costs for the return. Returns can only be made within 14 days of purchase. You can find more information on this on the "Right of Withdrawal" page.

When returning your item, please enclose a short, informal letter with your order number, reason for return and name.

Our returns team will contact you by email as soon as we process your return. This may take a few working days after the shipment arrives.

We can only cancel your order within the first 30 minutes after receiving it. So please write an email to hello@nice-stories.com to cancel the order early.
